Configure Booking Window
Control how far in advance customers can make reservations and how close to the booking time bookings are allowed. Booking windows help prevent last-minute reservations and ensure your venue has enough preparation time.
Open Booking Window Settings
Navigate to Settings → Booking Window to configure booking restrictions for your venue. Booking window rules allow you to control both how far in advance customers can make reservations and how close to the reservation start time bookings are permitted.

Configure Advance Booking Limits
Set how far into the future customers are allowed to make reservations. For example, you can allow bookings up to 30 days, 90 days, or 12 months in advance depending on your scheduling requirements. This rule helps prevent reservations from being made too far into the future.

Configure Minimum Advance Booking Requirement
Set the minimum amount of time required before a reservation can begin. For example, require customers to book at least 1 hour, 24 hours, or 7 days before the reservation start time. This rule helps prevent last-minute bookings and gives your team time to prepare.

Save Booking Window Rules
Review your booking window configuration and click Save Changes to apply the rules. Customers will only be able to make reservations that satisfy the booking restrictions you have configured.
