Configure availability hours
Set when your spaces are available for booking and control the time range customers can see on your booking calendar.
Go to Hours of Availability
From the Settings menu, select Hours of Availability under the Your Venue section. This page lets you control when your spaces can be booked.

Create an availability rule
Click Add Availability to create a new rule. Availability rules define which spaces are bookable, what times they are available, and which days the rule applies to.

Select spaces, times, and repeat days
Choose whether the rule applies to all spaces or specific spaces. Then set the start time, end time, priority, and repeat days for the rule.

Set schedule display hours
Choose the time range shown on the booking calendar. Customers will only see calendar times within this display range, even if your full availability rules are more detailed.

Save your availability settings
Review your availability rules and click Save Changes. Your booking calendar will use these hours to determine when customers can reserve your spaces.
